Smith & Brooker, P.C. is a general practice firm established in Bay City, Michigan in 1944.  Carl H. Smith and James K. Brooker began the firm specializing in transportation, insurance, corporation law and trial practice.

Today, the firm is able to serve most of the needs of the individual, business and governmental sectors with legal advice in many areas of the law.

Attorneys of the firm bring to their practice broad experience gained from professional and community service.  Members serve and have served, on area school boards, in local government, and numerous civic organizations.

Throughout the years, the firm has counted among its attorneys two former judges, two past presidents of the Michigan Bar Association, six past presidents of the local bar association, a former prosecuting attorney and a former mayor pro-tem of Saginaw.
