Service and Fee Arrangements
When you retain our firm, there should be a clear understanding between you and your lawyer about the work you are authorizing us to perform. We will discuss with you our analysis of your problem, the legal remedies available, and what will be required to resolve it. We will estimate the time and legal expense involved.

Fees are usually based on an hourly rate. Some cases, such as personal injury litigation, may be handled on a contingent fee arrangement. Under this arrangement, your attorney will receive a percentage of any money recovered for you. Your attorney will discuss fees with you at your initial appointment.

We ask that you work closely with us during our relationship. All information or communication you give us is confidential. We will be open and candid with you and responsive to your questions and needs.
